I Bought the Bundle - One of the Jars Came Broken, Another Jar was Missing. I emailed 4 Times and Received No Response

I am very disappointed in the delivery and customer service of this company. I bought the trio and when I opened the package, it was not insulated so the Repair jar was broken. On top of that, the Nourish jar was missing. I tried contacting the company four times and I received no response. It has been two weeks, and I still haven't received a response. I can't believe I purchased products and they were delivered in this terrible condition only to be ignored by the company. This was an expensive purchase and I am 100% dissatisfied.

Customer service unreachable

I didn't order this second bundle and I've been trying to reach customer service for weeks (phone, text, email) and I haven't received a single response. Apparently I was put on an automatic subscription for this product which I DON'T want. Zero stars, do not recommend.

Tracking is my only issue. I was missing a jar and customer service was great at taking care and getting the missing item to me. I do love everything in the kit! My hair is super soft and seems very manageable! The natural fragrances in the products are my favorite! Will definitely order again!
