Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days for North America and within 4 business days for international shipments.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Any expected delays due to shortage of stock or other reasons will be communicated on the relative product page.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We only ship to complete street addresses. PLease avoid P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your products are shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Hair Routine Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) unless stated otherwise.

Damages

All packages shipped are insured unless a non-tracked option is selected. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our support team at hello@thehairroutine.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods until we communicate the next steps with you.
